Half-Page: 7.5 w x 5 h $100.00
Quarter Page: 3.75 w x 5 h $75.00

All ads must be submitted in PDF or JPEG format, 300 DPI or higher. Space is limited, therefore ad space must be reserved ahead of time and should be requested as soon as possible to ensure placement in the booklet. Please do not send artwork for an ad if you have not contacted us ahead of time.

Deadline for sending artwork will be January 20, 2012. Ads can be submitted in either black and white or color but will be printed in grayscale on the interior pages. You do not have to be attending the conference to place an ad.
